154.02 COMPOSITION, TERM AND ORGANIZATION.
   The Board of Trustees of the Cemetery Endowment Fund shall consist of six (6) members who shall serve thereon during their respective terms as officers of the City at no additional compensation. The Board shall consist of the Mayor, City Auditor, City Treasurer, Chairman of the Finance Committee of Council, President of Council and the Clerk of Council. The Chairman of the Finance Committee shall serve as President of the Board and he or she shall be charged with the duty of making a semiannual report to Council covering in detail the transactions of the Board with reference to investment of funds in the management and control thereof. Such reports shall be made on or before June 1 and December 1 of each year. The Clerk of Council shall serve as Secretary of the Board and shall keep the minutes of its proceedings. (Ord. 295(22-23).
