(a) The Information Technology Advisory Board is hereby charged with the responsibility of rendering advice and recommendations regarding the computer systems for the various City offices.
(b) The advice and recommendations shall include, but not be limited to, providing direction in the continued development and progression of automated systems for use by City offices, the establishment of long range information technology strategies for the City as a whole, and the resolution of internal conflicts by the establishment of project priorities within the City.
