(a) There is hereby established an Information Technology Board to be composed of seven individuals as follows:
(1) The Mayor,
(2) The Auditor,
(3) The Treasurer,
(4) One member of Council to be appointed by the President of Council; and,
(5) Three individuals to be appointed by the first four members of the Board.
The Judge of the Marietta Municipal Court and the Law Director shall serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
Elected members of the Board may designate a member of their staff to serve in their place.
(b) The Board shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman from among its members and adopt such rules and regulations for the orderly administration of its business as it shall deem fit. The Mayor’s Secretary shall serve as secretary and shall make a record of the minutes of the meetings and the other transactions of the Board.
