(a) There is hereby established an Armory Advisory Board to be composed of eleven individuals appointed by the President of Council from among the residents of the City. The Chairman of the Public Lands and Buildings Committee and one member of the City’s administration to be appointed by the Mayor shall serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
(b) The Board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary from among its members and adopt such rules and regulations for the orderly administration of its business as it shall deem fit.
