145.01 COMPOSITION.

Under and in pursuance of the authority conferred and the duty imposed upon Council by Ohio R.C. Section 3709.05, Council does hereby establish a district Board of Health for the City, to be constituted and its members appointed in accordance with Ohio R.C. Section
