1505.01 PERMIT TO OPEN FIRE HYDRANTS.

No person other than employees of the City shall open the valve to any fire hydrant situated in the City unless such person shall have first procured a written permit from the Director of Public Safety and Service expressly authorizing the opening of such fire hydrants.
