In accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.231 a complete copy of The International Property Maintenance Code, First Edition, 2012 as adopted herein, including the revisions more fully set forth in Section Three hereof, is on file with the Clerk of the Council for public inspection, and is also on file in the Washington County Law Library. The Clerk of Council has copies thereof available for distribution to the public at cost.
