There shall be and is hereby adopted by incorporation by reference pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231 The International Property Maintenance Code, First Edition, 2012, as promulgated and published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International Inc., the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc. in order to establish minimum regulations governing the conditions and maintenance of property, buildings and structures within the City of Marietta, Ohio.
