1335.04 NOTICE TO REPAIR, CLOSE OR DEMOLISH.
   If, after proper investigation and such hearings as the Building Enforcement Board deems necessary, the Board determines that a nonresidential dwelling, building or portion thereof, is unfit for human habitation, unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous or detrimental to the public welfare, the Board shall cause written notice to be issued and served on the owner of the nonresidential dwelling, building or portion thereof, advising him of the Board's findings and instructing him to take such action, either by repairing, closing or demolishing, or any combination thereof, such nonresidential dwelling, building or portion thereof as the Board believes necessary in the interest of the public welfare.
