1335.03 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Building Enforcement Board shall have the right and authority through its members or duly authorized agents, to enter upon any nonresidential premises and to enter any nonresidential dwelling, building or portion thereof for the purpose of making an inspection and examination deemed necessary by it in order for such Board to determine whether such nonresidential dwelling, building or portion thereof is unfit for human habitation, unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous or detrimental to the public welfare. However any entry upon any nonresidential premises, dwelling, building or portion thereof for the purpose of making an examination or inspection shall be made in such a manner as to cause the least possible inconvenience to the persons in possession.
