1335.01 MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established a Building Enforcement Board which shall consist of the City Engineer, Fire Chief, and three residents of the City to be appointed for two-year terms by the President of Council, subject to approval by Council. The Mayor shall serve as chairman of the Board, but shall have no vote except in the case of a tie.
