The owners or occupants of every house or building fronting on any street in the City shall number the same with the number assigned thereto by the Washington County 911 Coordinator. The numbers shall be securely affixed to or neatly painted on the house or building and be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting property. These numbers shall contrast with their background and shall be of a size not less than four inches (102mm) in height with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch (12.7 mm).
