1309.05 PERMIT FOR FALLOUT SHELTERS; FEE EXCEPTION.

A building permit shall be required, but no fee shall be charged for a building permit issued for the erection of a new building to be used as a bomb or fallout shelter or for a building permit issued for the alteration, addition or repair of an existing building to render it suitable for use as a bomb or fallout shelter.
