141.04 AGE LIMITS FOR APPLICANTS.

The Director of Public Safety and Service may grant original appointments to persons seeking employment in the Fire Department who are between the ages of eighteen (18) and forty (40). No person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment on or after the persons forty- first (41) birthday. (Ord. 13(14-15). Passed 1-16-14.)
