The general character of this commercial district is designed to consist of a wide range of retail, office, service, amusement, custom manufacturing and similarly related uses generally associated with and frequently dependent upon the central downtown retailing core of the City. Residential uses, except for apartment houses with a minimum of four rental units, are not permitted.
