The Identity Theft Policy, a copy of which is attached to Resolution 61(08-09) as Exhibit A, shall be and is hereby adopted and approved as the policy of the City of Marietta, Ohio, regarding the prevention of identity theft.
Each appointing authority of the City shall be and is hereby authorized and directed to disseminate copies of the Identity Theft Policy to each of his or her employees and to require their review and compliance with said policy.
