(a) Jaycee Park. Jaycee Park shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy or be present in such Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director of Public Safety and Service. The Director or his designee shall have the authority to promulgate additional regulations or restrictions at any time, either verbally or in writing, that are deemed necessary for the operation and use of Jaycee Park as a dog park. (b) Indian Acres Park. Indian Acres Park shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy or be present in such park during any hours in which the park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director; provided however, that this section shall not be applicable to any person or persons for the period of time reasonably necessary to launch or retrieve watercraft from the boat ramp in such park or to pass through such park while in use of the Muskingum River Bicycle and Pedestrian Pathway.

(c) Gold Star Park. Gold Star Park shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy and be present in such Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director.

(d) Buckeye Park. Buckeye Park shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy or be present in such Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director.

(e) Washington Playground. The Washington Playground at the intersection of Fifth and Washington Streets in the City of Marietta, Ohio, shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; with the exception of periods of school recess or any school function that requires the use of the playground during school hours. No person or persons shall occupy or be present in such Playground during any hours in which the Playground is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director of Public Safety and Service.

(f) Posting Hours. The Director is hereby authorized and directed to post signs giving notice of the hours of operation and of the penalty for violation thereof at the official entrance to each such park and in such other conspicuous places as he may deem appropriate.

(g) East Muskingum Park shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy and be present in such Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(h) Kiwanis Club Park, also known as the West Muskingum Park, shall be open to the public daily for use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and no person or persons shall occupy and be present in such Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public without first receiving a special exception in writing from the Director of Public Safety and Service.
