947.02 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. DURING TREE REMOVAL.

No permit, as provided in Section 947.01, shall be granted unless the person shall execute a covenant and agreement, to be incorporated as a part of the application, to save the City harmless against all losses and claims for damage to persons or property caused by the trimming, pruning or removal of the tree or trees.
