Every permit holder under this chapter shall at all times fully indemnify and save harmless the City from and against any and all liabilities, damages or loss resulting from or by reason of such street fair/festival or park event under the provisions of this chapter. The permit holder shall provide its own personnel to perform any of the work performed under this chapter and shall carry Ohio Workers Compensation coverage for all employees hired to perform any of the work performed under this chapter.
