945.04 NATURE OF RIGHT GRANTED.

The permits granted under this chapter are temporary in nature, and do not constitute a deed, grant of easement, or any leasehold or other interest in the premises. The granting of any such permit does not constitute a finding that the property is not needed for municipal purposes.
