(a) There is hereby created the position of Water Superintendent in the Water Department of the City, to be filled by appointment of the Director of Public Safety and Service pursuant to law.
(b) The duties of the position of Water Superintendent shall be those designated in the job description attached to original Ordinance 141 (86-87) and such other duties as the Water and Wastewater Director or Director of Public Safety and Service may from time to time prescribe.
