927.05 CHARGE EXEMPTION FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, FIRE PROTECTION AND STREET FLUSHING.

No charge shall be made by the Waterworks Department for furnishing water to buildings used strictly for municipal purposes, for fire protection or for flushing streets and sewers.
