927.04 SERVICING AND REPAIRING SEWERS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.

All repairing or servicing of fire hydrants and main sanitary sewers shall be performed by and under the supervision of employees of the Waterworks Department.

For such services, the Waterworks Department shall bill the City at cost, and such charge shall be paid from funds appropriated for such purposes.
