925.03 DISPOSAL RATES.

The rate that shall be charged for the disposal of septage shall be based upon nine cents ($.09) per gallon multiplied by the capacity of the delivery tanker. The minimum rate for the disposal of septage shall be forty-five dollars ($45.00) for 500 gallons or less.
