925.02 DISPOSAL AT WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS.

(a) No person shall dispose of any grease or septage within the City of Marietta, Ohio; except by tendering it for disposal at the Marietta City Wastewater Treatment Works.

(b) The Marietta City Wastewater Treatment Works shall not be required to accept grease or septage for disposal beyond plant capacity or that originates outside the corporate limits of the City.
