924.20 RULES AND REGULATIONS IN EFFECT.

This chapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. Sanitary sewer charges provided under Sections 924.07 et seq., shall be effective on a prorata basis for bi-monthly bills dated January 25, 1986. Until such time, existing charges pursuant to ordinance shall remain in effect.
