135.03 REIMBURSEMENT OF CONFINEMENT COST.
   (a)   Pursuant to the authority set forth in Ohio R.C. 753.02 a person who is convicted of an offense other than a minor misdemeanor and who is confined in the Washington County jail as provided in Ohio R.C. 1905.35 shall be and is hereby required to reimburse the City, for its expenses incurred by reason of his confinement, including, but not limited to, the expenses relating to the provision of food, clothing and shelter.
   (b)   The amount of reimbursement required hereunder shall be determined by the Court at a hearing held pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2929.15, but in no event shall exceed the actual cost of confinement of twenty dollars ($20.00) per person for each day of confinement.
   (c)   Any and all moneys recovered pursuant to the terms hereof shall be paid into the treasury of the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 753.02.
