(a) There shall be an additional position of Assistant Law Director in the Law Director’s Office to be filled by appointment of the Law Director pursuant to law.
(b) The duties of the position of Assistant Law Director shall be those designated in the job description attached to Ordinance 117 (98-99) as Exhibit A and such other duties consistent therewith as the Law Director may from time to time prescribe.
(c) The salary for the position of Assistant Law Director shall be and is hereby established as more fully set forth on the City’s Salary Step Schedule and the appointee to said position shall be entitled to receive such fringe benefits as are ordinarily provided to other full-time, non-union employees of the City.
