The Enforcement Response Plan, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 264(10-11) and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A, is a comprehensive enforcement guide that designates enforcement options for the City to utilize in responding to various acts of Discharger noncompliance with respect to the City's sanitary sewer use ordinance. It identifies types of violations, indicates initial follow-up responses, establishes time frames for those responses, and designates the personnel responsible for carrying them out.
