The City may terminate wastewater service or the permit if the Discharger fails to (A) factually report the wastewater constituents and characteristics of its discharge; or (B) report significant changes in wastewater constituents or characteristics; or (C) permit reasonable access to the Discharger's premises by representatives of the City for the purpose of inspection and monitoring; or (D) who violates the conditions of this permit, the Marietta Pretreatment ordinance, or any final judicial order entered with respect thereto; or (E) ceases production/operation at permitted site.
