(a) Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to provide for the payment of fees from dischargers to the City's POTW to compensate the City for the cost of the pretreatment program established herein.
(b) Charges and Fees. The City shall levy and collect the following charges and fees from each participant in the Wastewater Pretreatment Program.

(2) | For Each 24-hour Sampling Analysis on a Daily Basis (using the automatic sampler) | $ 275.00 | |
(3) | For Each Permittee Report Filed | $ 25.00 | |
(4) | Late Filing Fee for Each Permittee Report | $ 65.00 | |
(5) | Miscellaneous Materials and Supplies | Total cost to be divided among all Permitted facilities and Invoiced Annually. | |
