(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever shall knowingly deposit or cause to be deposited into the sewerage system of the City "nonacceptable industrial wastes", as defined in Section 921.01(c), shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day during which such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
