   133.01 CHIEF DEPUTY AUDITOR.
   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Chief Deputy Auditor, to be appointed by the City Auditor.
   (b)   The duties and responsibilities of the Chief Deputy Auditor shall be to perform the duties of the City Auditor as set forth in the Ohio Revised Code during the absence or inability of the Auditor to so act.
