All driveways shall be constructed subject to the inspection of the City Engineer. Where applicable, culverts of the following type shall be used: corrugated metal, reinforced concrete, steel casing or vitrified clay (extra strength). The minimum size and length shall be determined by the City Engineer but in no case smaller than ten inch diameter. That portion of the driveway surface on City right of way shall be at least #67 aggregate, asphalt or concrete as determined by the City Engineer.
