905.08 BASEMENT OPENING TO BE SAFEGUARDED.

No property owner or person occupying any building in the City shall leave or maintain the entrance to any cellarway or basement opening on a street or other public place, without sufficient railing or other protection to prevent injuries to persons or animals passing near the same.
