905.04 WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 905.03 when, in the opinion of the Director of Public Safety and Service and the City Engineer, it is not possible to construct cement concrete sidewalks of a width as designated by Section 905.03, then such cement concrete sidewalks shall be constructed of such width as, in the judgment of the Director of Public Safety and Service and the City Engineer, shall be deemed practical.
