903.01 TAMPERING WITH PAVING MATERIAL.

No person shall break, dig up or injure any paving material from any sidewalk or street in the City, provided that this section shall not prohibit the temporary removal of material from sidewalks for making improvements or repairs, laying down pipe or gutters or other necessary purposes.
