729.06 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Application for a license to operate and maintain a junk yard or for a renewal thereof shall be made in writing, accompanied by the proper fee, to the Mayor setting forth the name and address of the applicant, the location of the junk yard; if the applicant is a firm, partnership or association, the names and address of each member, if the applicant is a corporation, the date, place of incorporation and the names and addresses of its officers and directors; and any other such reasonable information as the Mayor deems necessary. The application shall be signed and sworn to by the applicant.
   Those junk yards presently operating and existing within the City shall immediately, within ten days of the effective date of this chapter, (Ordinance 67 (70-71), passed May 6, 1971), apply for a license to operate and maintain a junk yard and shall, within ninety days after the effective date of this chapter, comply, by the completion of fencing or natural planting requirements of this chapter or the license shall not be issued.
