125.03 NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETINGS.

The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to post upon such bulletin boards duplicate notices indicating the time, place and purpose of all special meetings. Such notices shall be posted at least twenty-four hours in advance of such special meetings.
