Every tourist travel company operating under a franchise granted pursuant to this chapter shall be required to acquire and maintain in full force and effect an insurance policy or policies a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the Director of Public Safety and Service indemnifying such tourist travel company against loss from the causes and in the minimum amounts as follows:
(a) Bodily injury and property damage, one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) annual aggregate.
(b) Premises medical payments, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per person.
(c) Uninsured/underinsured motorist, fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) each individual and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) each occurrence if said tourist travel company operates a motorized vehicle.
