No less frequently than once each three months every tourist travel company shall present every tourist vehicle under its control to the Safety-Service Director for a safety inspection to be conducted under his direction.
Upon completion of the inspection the Safety-Service Director shall furnish in writing to the tourist travel company upon a form to be devised by him a determination of all safety defects or irregularities to be corrected and may order any tourist vehicle withdrawn from service pending the correction of such defects or irregularities where the safety of the public may so require.
