(a) Each taxicab operator shall maintain a regular place of business within an area properly zoned for the operation of a taxicab business. The hours of operation for the taxicab company shall be clearly posted on the door or front of the business so as may be conveniently inspected by any citizen.
(b) Each taxicab operator shall maintain a supply of cards in the size of at least three inches by five inches in a conspicuous place in all taxicabs with identification that they are there to provide opportunity for comments regarding taxi service. The cards shall be addressed to the Director of Public Safety and Service, City of Marietta, 301 Putnam Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750.
