Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense; for a second or subsequent violation of any provision of this chapter such offender shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than thirty days. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
