717.12 SANITARY LANDFILL DISPOSAL.

The disposal of garbage, rubbish and other refuse within the City limits shall be by the sanitary landfill method as prescribed by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of Public Safety and Service or other duly authorized officer or board.
