(A) No person shall dig, move, or carry away rock, bone, stone, sod, sand, earth, tree wood, shrub, plant, or flowers in the village real property without the written permission to do so from the Mayor, or from the majority of the Council. No organized group shall be permitted to do any of the above without the written permission to do so from a majority of the Council.
(B) The Mayor is authorized and directed to post notice signs concerning this section immediately.
(C) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
