Any violation of any provisions of this chapter may be subject to a fine not to exceed $150 for any first offense in a calendar year, not to exceed $250 for any second offense within a calendar year, and not to exceed $500 for any third offense within a calendar year. Each day a person, organization, or entity is in violation of this chapter may be charged as a separate criminal offense.
