(A) Public and private buses operating on a village street, except for operation on streets used by Queen City Metro, or its successor entity, shall obtain a permit from the village to operate the bus within the village. School buses carrying pupils are exempt.
(B) The permit fee shall be $50 per event. If the event exceeds one hour, there shall be a fee of $50 for each additional hour.
