(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. Each day’s violation shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Any devices, instruments, or other materials used in committing an offense shall be seized by police and used as evidence. On conviction of an offender, those materials shall be destroyed by court order or hearing.
