§ 96.02 SIDEWALK AREA.
   Trees in a sidewalk area shall be planted or maintained at intervals of not less than 40 feet. Near street intersections, no tree trunk shall be closer than 20 feet to the property line, projected and extending along the intersecting alley, or to a private driveway.
