(A) All permissions and consents issued and granted by the Mayor shall be subject to the rules and regulations of this chapter the same as though these rules and regulations were fully set forth in each and every permit or consent.
(B) Every person claiming to have a permit or consent from the Mayor shall produce and exhibit that permit or consent on the request of any official or employee of the municipality, and that official or employee shall have the right to examine same.
